Is anyone else watching the market on a daily basis and watching their balances heading all over the place? I know there's volatility and all that stuff, but I feel that this past week or so has been so erratic - from one day to the next it appears to be bouncing all over the place.

Might be a good time to place a few conditional orders, as trying to predict how, or when, things will move in either direction is proving to be a total guessing game......

I reckon it's a guessing game right now.

Yes it been very good, just hope it does not go back to 19 cents, but the way these new idea companies start out ,the same as BKL when they were in the 15$ range all the media said they were overvalued the chart below tells what happens to a below 14 dollar investment and all the dots line up..

That's amazing. Unfortunately, my biggest 'success story' has turned into a horror one of recent times. I grabbed SRX a few years ago, at around the $20 mark - at almost $40, they took a massive nosedive, and here's their latest .....

I don't check share prices every day and I don't revalue my IPs every day. If you are planning to buy a solid company and hold long term then it isn't super important when you buy. That said, I wouldn't usually buy anything near a 52 week high. I also don't try to guess if the stock market is going up or down. It has been all over the place lately.

Day trader! Oh no. I don't believe in selling investments unless I have to.

    Bigger picture, great.

Will say, I'm reassessing the IPs in light of the great info picking up here (less tenant and PM hassles ), will certainly hold IPs going forward, but funds will be recycled through into a more balanced approach (much along the same lines as your great post in another thread).
