Assistance with development.

    I have a large property that has a great location halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane with easy access and visibility from the M1 some of the property is suitable for town houses (around 15000m2) some as house blocks (4000m2) and some would be better left for future development(33000m2). It seems developers pass as they expect to be able to develop all of the land the same way. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Sounds like you have a very very large parcel of land on one or more titles. @RPI is the man you'll need to talk to he has a town planning and legal business in Brisbane.

    Maybe a structure plan covering the area highlighting what is allowed and then prelim approval allowing for subdivision of the site into different lots
