    Was thinking theres a lot of experienced people on here with good knowledge. Wether it be the professionals in there trade, brokers, accountants etc. Or seasoned investors/developers who have played the game for many years and beaten it.

    They prob get asked the same question many times. Maybe there could be some section, i dont know if information resources would be the best spot? Where more experienced property investors can start a thread dedicated to others asking them questions on there experiences or thoughts on state of the market etc. It could even be made into some sort of blog.

    Anyone up for it =)
