    1. Can anyone give me an indicative cost of what the typical cost would be for the demolish of a post war Fibro house of typical size, ie 3br, i bath etc?

    What would the comparable cost be if it did not contain asbestos?

    2. If one had one of these houses, and the roofing was made of this same type of material, if the roof had a leak - can it be repaired?

    Quotes for our two bedroom BNE lowset asbestos-filled cottage recently came in between 11-14k. That was for a total demolition and site clearing.
