Yep....only fire sales....I can see much better opportunities elsewhere.

Too many emotional people on this forum who don't understand fundamentals.

I am buying but only stuff where I can make 100k plus on purchase....

@sash . The Druitt is the place where you'll find new property millionaires. It's all over the news. Won't be long till the million dollar houses are in Bidwill lol or Willmot (even bigger lol).

True but the surrounding suburbs will still be worth x% more. Price relativity.

Not if there is a regentrification. Sure the area would need to be cleaned up and dug up. A number of crimes would be solved in the process for sure.

Last I saw of him, he had a video showing how to save time painting with an airless sprayer. He did a garage door with no prep & spray was going everywhere. Yep, it was quick, but damn it was the worst job I've ever seen.

I find him extremely passive aggressive. I'd personally never engage him for any business service.

Haha, he's not for the likes of you, you know. You know what you are doing, and are already successful. He's after the newbies, or the nervous, that want their hand held. Those that will hang on his every word.

I just find it amazing that anyone after watching his clips could be drawn to engage him for a business service. One or two of the clips I've recently seen him in he's quite vulgar and angry. He must be targeting a very specific segment of society. Probably the most vulnerable and uneducated.
