Hey Guys, I have followed all your amazing conversations for some time and really appreciate all the info you guys share. I am now ready to go with a pre approval for $440k and have been pretty set on purchasing an IP in QLD however flood zones scare me a lot. We already have an IP in Ipswich so want to look somewhere else but have an absolute max budget of $440k. It appears that anything in the south towards Logan has already had big growth so probably too late for that market? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
