    Been smacked by the mining boom, declining population and now severe issues with PFAS chemicals in the water supply..

    Really feel sorry for them...

    Darwin CBD and Palmerston are still out too - big oversupply.

    Darwin's Northern suburbs on the other hand are starting to look good, but maybe still another year out from becoming investment grade...
