    Hi Guys,

Looking to purchase a O/O property with a budget of 2m, i want some nice views of water & bushland or even city skyline views.

I am open to either strata / torrens title homes, i would like to not buy a high rise unit so ideally just townhouse / houses.

I find it amazing that even with a 2m budget i am having a hard time finding something nice, can anyone shout some suburbs that would fit this budget?

    Thank you again.

    Sydney - could be hard
NSW - still aplenty with your budget

Forget Sydney city and water views .. not in your budget even for a townhouse!

Within metro Sydney, you may be able to find some decent bush views in suburbs like Hornsby Heights, Mount Colah, Asquith etc..

Your budget should be enough for a decent house with views such as this one:

27 Yannina Avenue, Hornsby Heights, NSW 2077

    As above

you won’t get a nice place , in a nice suburb in Sydney with water views , certainly not panoramic . Maybe glimpses

north shore / northern beaches the places you might get some joy would be in the Frenchs Forest / forestville/ belrose area and on the north shore Hornsby and above.

most will be bush views .

Ermington/Rydalmere between Victoria Rd & Parramatta River will have some water views.

Friends adult kids had similar budget kept looking increased slightly to around $2.35M and bought in Canada Bay inner West.
Maybe not so much about the view but proximity to various amenities....
Killarney Heights is quite hilly, walks and some with nice views even water so you could be in proximity too but may need a bigger budget or just buy the most affordable to move into the suburb.

I just sold a 3bdr townhouse in Drummoyne with water views of Parramatta river for 1.7m. You could keep a look out around here.
