    talk about sensationlisation reporting, what a croc

    they took a risk and fixed and now they are "trapped"by their mortgage?

    what term would they be referred to if rates had shot up?

    They are not prisoners.
    They signed a contract.
    If they wish to vary it, they simply pay the fees involved.
    It’s simple maths, is the break fee above or below the interest to be saved?

    Yawn, Martin North trying to drum up panic again. Fixed loans mean that the rate and term are fixed? Wow, who knew.

    Getting sick of lazy journalists referencing DFA data and analysis as if it is as reliable and trustworthy source of info as one of the big firms. He is a one-man band permabear with very opaque data collection and analysis methods.
