    Hi looking for an Architect who has worked with

    Sydney council or Inner West council before,
    Conservation Areas (Someone who will push the boundaries)
    Looking to extent existing dwellings

    - Also interested if anyone has extended their property in these areas and gone through a similar process with these councils

    I dont have direct experience but a client used TW Architects in Balmain who are very familiar with the council. They got DA for a dual occ which is extremely difficult to ascertain in that council. Everything in that area is heritage or conservation protected.

    Hi Justin
    You can speak with Tas on 9879 0020. I know he is working on a project at Lilyfield. You could also speak with Niel on same number as he has done several extensions in Leichhardt area.
