I played around with it for a couple of months at work but didn’t see enough value to continue the subscription. It is definitely still ‘beta’ software - lots of issues. Good idea in theory though and I’d say it could be valuable once refined.

Too expensive for what it is.

Works out pretty cheap IF you are already paying for CoreLogic/Cordell and NearMap (included in the deal I was on); but pretty expensive if not.

Thanks for taking the time to reply with your opinions @theperthurbanist and @ellejay. Hopefully they refine it and make it slick and easy to use, then there may be widespread adoption.

Trialled it. Too expensive. Some data is generic. Some is inaccurate. Not worth it.

Thank you for the review. Hopefully when it's out of beta, it'll be polished and useful.

Agree, concept is great but it doesn't deliver what it promises. I had a sales rep demo it to me, the I piece I was interested in seeing was what could be built on certain sites and the software then mocking up some designs.
I knew the zoning of the site I got him to demo and it came up with a generic box with an incorrect FSR and height, not really what it promised which was mocking up what designs work on which sites. I am sticking to using RPData, SixMaps and local council zoning / planning maps..

Hey Westie, did you end up finding a similar tool that lets you filter maps per lot size? I've got a great idea for a development but need to surgically pick through sites street by street, its getting dull

Joining late into the convo. Anyone tried this again recently?
The demo was for all medium rise apartments, mass land subdivisions.
Did anyone trial it for 3-6 pack townhouse sites?
I can do site massing and 3D myself but this seems to draw you multiple options within seconds?
