    Thanks everyone for the tips. We decided we would start looking at hiring someone for either contractor jobs or to work for us on a part time basis. We've had some interesting resumes :/

    End of lease cleaning is often no good for you, as it is work for the tenant, the tenant doesn't need a receipt/invoice - i.e. they can do it themselves or pay cash in hand.
    The only exception would be a bond recovery situation.

    You need work that is for the landlord (via PM) as they need to the invoice for their taxes.
