I'm flying up to Brissie next week for my pre completion inspection and I intend to put the property on the market shortly after handover. I've been speaking to two different agents about selling and would like them both to inspect the property while I'm up there. I haven't met either of them yet so don't have a preference for one or the other at this stage.

I only have access to the property during the approx 1 hour inspection. My intention is to let each agent in for a look and then I'll go chat to them at their offices an hour or two later once my inspection is complete.

Due to the tight time frame for inspection, should I schedule the agents' arrivals 30 mins apart so they don't see each other there? Do I let them know I have another agent coming so that its not uncomfortable if they bump into each other on site?

Agents have pretty thick skins. I'm sure they run across each other from time to time. Treat the inspection like an Open for Inspection in reverse. Have them there at the same time and follow up afterwards.

Agree with Alan. When they see each other at the home they know you're not wasting their time. May get a better deal.
