Applying for a deposit bond

    It's been a while since we last applied for a deposit bond - but the next purchase is off the plan, with a 9 month build, so we'd rather hold the cash and invest it ourselves in the meantime.

    Cripes - the amount of information required to be provided feels like more than actually applying for a full loan. Feels like they want to know what you ate last Thursday and the colour of your underwear.

    Almost easier simply to pay the bond - but I've invested to much time so will plow on
