    Hey guys,

I need to apply for a loan however I can't get through to my broker. I feel my matter is fairly urgent and I'm thinking of applying for a loan myself, without a broker.

Are there any ramifications of this?

    Cheers:)!

Give Jess or Colin a call then - they'll help you out. :)

Does your broker have someone else working in their office who can help? A colleague perhaps?

If we are thinking the same person - is he still around? Keep very clear from him.

If time is running out - do what's best for you.

Silly question perhaps, but if you're not happy with your service provider (your broker, if this case), why do you stay with him? Why not go through another broker?
