    I think it's a little more complicated than "now operational" - certainly not the same business as before.

    Hopefully we'll get an official announcement soon!

    The suburb history section didn't want to tell me about a suburb I own one of my IPs in.
    Edit: it's now no longer showing an error. Also shows zero properties for sale in the suburb though. May or may not be true! Screenshot_2017-07-31-19-47-30.png

    As fellow investors and long time readers of the magazine, we were saddened about the voluntary liquidation of Australian Commercial Publishing Pty Ltd in 2016.

    After a period of consideration, we felt that the Australian public really needed an impartial property news service, so when the opportunity arose to head up a brand new and innovative Australian PropertyInvestor, we welcomed the opportunity with open arms.

    Although, at this stage, as the new owners of the brand, we do not envisage re-producing a print format of the magazine - if this changes, of course, subscribers to our Free Newsletter will be the first to know. We are fully committed to putting all of our resources behind the online content, research and features.

    It is our mission to continue to provide property investors and business owners a place through which they can share their combined knowledge in the property investment space, in a free, unbiased, and user rated portal.

    To this end, we are hoping to evolve towards a true platform. Allowing investors to curate and encourage content that it finds “Helpful and Trustworthy”. The more of you that agree that content is “Helpful and Trustworthy” - the more air time that particular content will receive. We are trying to ensure experts in the industry are aligned to your needs - providing content that is more likely to be useful to you (and not just sell their product).

    I am assuming you are part of the API, unsure where you are getting your data from.

    450k price - 0.4% growth

    773k price - 10.2% growth

    The REA I feel is more correct, as a 450k price would of been back in 2010?
