    Hmmm if it's mid - premium suburb then I'd say it's worth? But it's a fairly bushy suburb with what local saying the next trend. Oh well... I prefer something I can rent out for few years without having to worry about bits and pieces.

    I think go to the suburbs that have yet to move like massively - Werribee, st albans, epping etc.

    Malaysian developers going into epping - hopsitals can't go wrong.

    Went for 1.6, and although it's listed as an apartment it's more like a single story villa. It's hard to describe but it was right at the back of the building with nothing above it whereas most of the other apartments were above or below another

    We didn't have finance organized in time otherwise would have bid
