I am considering switching to AON for landlord insurance from EBM. It is $20 cheaper and it covers for flood. Anyone care to comment or advice?

I'm not familiar with AON's LL policy, however, HONAN insurance brokers have a great LL scheme with CHUBB which is very inexpensive for a great cover. Has automatic cover for loss of rent & rent default/theft by tenant. You can increase the benefits for an extra premium if you want higher covers. Perhaps worth getting a quote. Doesn't cover flood though or actions of the sea (if you have a coastal property).

Does that include building insurance as well? I find EBM to be pretty comparable when building insurance is also through them.

    No, not including building insurance.

Check with @brettc from EBM on these forums and see if they are able to do a comparison and price match?
