    Yeh, didn't hit me until when I looked at the file and remembered half the reason why we submitted it to ANZ...

    ANZ I find are quite slack and usually don't ask for items I would request for if I were an assessor.

    I quite like them. I've had the odd issue with them - but no more than any other bank.

    The best thing IMO is that they're consistent with their assessment. Sure - they're servicing calc was never the most generous but that's pretty much the same with other lenders now. Their post settlement processes are still a bit confusing - but it seems that they're making an effort to improve.
