Anyone who encountered problems on buying unregistered land in Pallara by Stockland?

    Hi Everyone,

    We have entered into a Contract of Sale to purchase a land in Pallara by Stockland. However, the land is still unregistered but settlement date is March 20-April 20, 2020. We are on the way to processing final approval of loan and deciding into the building design. However, settlement still bugs me. It will be unlikely that Stockland would have any delays as it is a known developer. But did any of you experienced any problem on your purchase of unregistered land or had delays in settlement period?
