Looks like it will be the 20th or 21st then.

Who wants to pick a venue?

The Balmoral was pretty good. Food was good service was good.
They did screw up the billing though.

I'm going to struggle to get into town I reckon - would it be possible to do it a little further south - maybe around Success or similar? Straight off the freeway so still accessible for the northerners?
There's Guzman y Gomez - I've never eaten there but who doesn't like Mexican? :)

It would have to be after work for me. Cockburn Central is only 20 minutes on the train from Perth if you do public transport ;)

I remember Perth's being pretty good, don't need my bullet proof vest like over here.

I don't mind it. I catch the train or bus most days to work. I just know too many people who are snobby and won't do public transport at all, ever. It's a bit silly really.

PT is a good option if you are planning to have a few. Where are you staying?

If it's the 20th at night I can't come as I'll be blowing out many many many many candles on a cake.
    21st is doable.
I love Guzman y Gomez but they aren't very suitable for a large group and don't take bookings. Lovely food though!!!

If everyone prefers the 20th then I can skip a meet.

I like the Balmoral (vic park) or Botanic (Innaloo) but if it needs to be further south for Jess then maybe start and finish a The Gate

@D.T. I can probably chauffer you guys

I'm keen but will have to be a 'tentative' at this stage. It would need to be close to PT (or the CBD) on a weeknight for me and the 21st is my mother's birthday so I may be busy with a family dinner!

Still, fingers crossed I'll see you all then!
