Anyone let a property using ForSaleByOwner? Thoughts?

    So I have 2 properties that have been successfully self managed as fully furnished exec/stayz/airbnb for a while. Have learnt some of the ropes re vetting tenants and guests but understand Pretty savvy re maintenance and both are within same area I live in.

    I am considering either going back to LT rental, or at least a 6month lease on each, just to give some breathing space and less time and input for a bit.

    Considering using ForSaleByOwner to advertise for lease. Or should I look at a list and let option with a local agent?

    Love to hear some opinions and experiences.

    Rented my own rental for 15 years. Saved thousands. Can vet my tenants better.
    Never had a problem. I used a similar site where i can get my add on realestate.com.au with photos for a small fee. Easier if you live locally .
