    Why wouldn't i be optimistic? I am investing for my kids and hopefully grandkids' future...

    Key question: how long seriously is your investing horizon?:)

    Where's the "optimistically pessimistic" voting option?

    By that I mean, the overall market will continue to correct but therein lies the opportunity. Hence, IMO there is no harm in waiting until the golden nuggets emerge from weathered markets.

    Ha ha ha! Too many things competing for my attention and I am not in want to depart with my dosh without knowing the 'value' I may be getting. I will pass.

    "Australia is experiencing what can only be described as a classic debt-financed speculative housing bubble" and it's about to collapse.
