    Anyone kniw anyone who has recently bought to try a renovate and flip strategy?

    If so do they know what they are doing or have they judt finiahed watching the block?

    1 person. Newcastle way. Sold maybe 3 months back.

    Made $50k. Which I'm guessing was between 10-15% profit post expenses. Cash on cash return would only have been around 50%.

    They haven't repeated it. Focused on options in Sydney's growth corridor now. Waaaaay better numbers as @Car tart can tell you.
