Don't be so hard on yourself! I know people (and it seems especially women) are very judgemental about their own bodies. I reckon as long as you're in a healthy range (which you definitely are), it's all good!
I've drifted out of that healthy range, so it's time for me to take action!

This is all 120 glorious kg of me in my working from home outfit this morning. Good thing black is slimming! ;)

I've used Fatsecret for years. When I'm stable weight I don't record or weight anything, but when I'm trying to drop a few kilos I find it invaluable.

Because I'm at home I can weigh things, but you don't have to weigh things. Eg. You can choose "small", "medium" or "large" tomato. But I prefer to weigh.

There is a phone app but I jot things down in the kitchen and use the website (faster for me to use a keyboard).

Here is today's breakfast. As I add food, I'm given a pie chart of breakdown and percentage I've eaten of my chosen calorie intake for the day. There's a section for exercise too. It's free and very useful.

My dietitian has given me calories to aim for (exercise one hour or no exercise) and I loosely aim for the carbs, protein and fat proportions he's suggested for me.

Currently I do go to gym 4 times a week.
What happen if I am fighting fit with 6 packs?
    Can I still enter?

I treat my body like a temple.
I don't treat it like a roller coaster ride.
Keeping fit and healthy is my 100%, I don't waver from it.
It doesn't mean I don't enjoy the odd junk food or pigging out with friends and family.

That's because its a 'must' for you, not a 'want' or 'would like'. Your internal story refuses to let it slip out of the 'must' list. So you stay fit.

We all have 'musts' list and 'want/would like' lists. 'Musts' items usually always remain accomplished, while everything else is up for grabs and fluctuates.

Exercise/dieting is of course great to lose weight. But unless folks are able to transfer it from the 'would like/want' list to an absolute 'must' list, results will always be short lived.

I’ve been thinking…. The best exercises for getting great abs in a fun way…
    Running and pole.

I do aerial tissue and Unicycling too but I don’t really get the feeling these on their own will give me great abs.
But, doing both pole and aerial tissue each week will actually build my abs.
I have a lot more upper body strength than most women. This was true throughout high school too. (For this, I recommend introducing your primary aged kids to gymnastics or acro).

Your own personal results may vary….

That’s a huge loss in one week. Well done. We’ve had two lots of visitors for dinner in three days and eaten out twice so I’ll report in when I’m game to get back on the scales.

    I dropped 6kg during last 4 weeks .. from 78kg to 72kgs

    Key contributors:

    - Cut all sugar and processed foods to zero
    - Cut all simple carbs and starchy veggies
    - Cut all fructose (fruits, juices), only berries allowed

Lots of meat, loads of salad, boiled broccoli, nuts, MCT oil, butter, eggs, coffee

Body fat reduced from 27% to 17%.

Downside: I am really hungry most of the time and a bit irritable (no serotonin from carbs) but brain is working super sharp and needing lot less sleep.. I had mild ***** liver and acid reflux.. nonalcoholic ***** liver gone and acid reflux medicine in the trash bin

Lack of abs is 90% fat or just bloating if your body fat is less than 20% and just 10% exercise .. atleast for my body type

I have been eating loads of broccoli lately and finally have abs that I never had even when I ran a marathon in my late twenties.

Fell off the wagon a little bit today, as we went out to dinner today, to use our Dine and Dash vouchers. And I didn't manage to squeeze in an exercise, as I had work training.

    Back on it tomorrow!

Steady 15% body fat at 70kg. Measure 2 weeks ago.
Eat 2 meals a day - breakfast and lunch - Monday to Thursday - fasting 16 hours.
Weekend is free for all - 3 meals, drinks whatever.

Cut down on the meat.. that’s can cause reflux.
Trust me you don’t need as much meat as you think in your diet. You only need 70 grams of protein daily.

I've been vegetarian (near vegan) for 30 years now and I've never had a problem with protein. My favourite carbs, bread, contain something like 10% protein as well, so if you combine that with some legumes (or legume products like hommus, tofu, etc), it's extremely easy to meet your quota.

But... vegetarians are more likely to be in the healthy weight range. Hmmm.
