I must say, if there is one thing about them, they have been around for ages................ which can't be said for many of the other players in the market.

I went to one of their free seminars at Canterbury leagues about two months ago , they were pushing OTP units in Melbourne and HL packages in Coomera

They also visit you at home. Someone at work was looking at investing with them. $1 million for a 2 bedroom unit near the new station at Kellyville or a 4 bedroom house 2.5km away. All for the fantastic return of $750pw plus the depreciation as these are OTP.

They do what all the others do - sell properties for developers with their own premium /markup added.

I'm subscribed to their emails but would never use them, personally. I like seeing what they have to offer. Just got an email today where they were trying to sell H+L packages in Arnolds Creek Estate, Melton, Victoria.

I would urge everyone to look at this the latest findings handed down against Parktrent.

Also I would steer everybody away from dealing with this company as their lies, deceit and the owner of the company Ron Cross's greed knows no end, trust me from personally dealing with them and being treated very poorly I would STAY AWAY!

Anyone living in Wollongong in the 80's and 90's will be well aware of Ron Cross and his business issues.

ASIC have some material on their website following PTs prosecution for providing illegal advice for 5 years involving 860 clients. ASIC Media Release 15-300MR.
    http://asic.gov.au/about-asic/media...uiker-found-to-have-provided-unlawful-advice/

If they (only) sell property they probably cant provide independent financial advice under AFSL and anyone else who assists the spruiker shouldn't be trusted. Conflicted advice ?
