I seem to have outgrown my current lender as i have an acquisition strategy that doesn't seem to suit the banks and i'm also nearing the peak of my LVR that my current bank will allow.

I have the capability to tap into my mother's property equity, however i'd be interested in working with a broker that can assist me with my journey and provide some advice on better structuring my finance.

I'm located in SW Sydney, however location doesn't bother me as i'm very used to working with remote teams so can do screen sharing/skype to have meetings.

I'd like recommendations from customers rather than being approached by the active brokers on the forum.

Please PM me some details and why thought that they were great.....

    Thanks heaps in advance........

Looking at this from a realistic perspective, at best you'll just end up with a bunch of PM's saying their broker was great. Everyone remember when everyone banged on how great a certain broker was until he burned a whole bunch of clients?

The alternative is you can look at the plethora of posts from brokers on the forum who many have an exceptional grasp on investment lending, and see who fits your needs and give them a call to see if you both fit each others needs.

I use Corey Batt who is excellent. I went through a few brokers prior.

I think he used to have an office on this street

Not only do you need to say you can do something, you actually have to do it.

Yes, and years of experience vs being well read up on the "theory" can prove quite valuable :)

The top 3 for volume that my clients have used are Jamie Moore, Rolf and Shahin who regularly post on here and I hear nothing but good feedback.
