    Hi guys

I am interested in this block that is going to be titled soon. I asked the land sales office if the land has been surveyed or soil tested
she gave me a plan of subdivision. Does this plan of subdivision tell you the same info of a soil test or land survey?

if so would anyone be able to dissect it for me ?

    NO.
Basically it is like a best plan !

Every "development" is subject to variation, like buying off the plan with a 10% variation, or home plans changing during construction due to material availability (as an example).

Lots of land developments are landscaped (where area's are removed or filled) to make the area visually more appealing or for drainage.

A ground test (geotechnical report) is the only way to be sure, and is usually required for calculating the slab engineering minimum.
