    Been to both her 1 day seminar, and done the 3 day course. Will admit I did get a lot out of it and $5k is a small price to pay if you implement it.

    For the $5k you get 12 months free property management from little real estate (this has saved me $2500) you get a trade card with huge savings from Bunnings which gets you 5-45% off, it’s for life and I’ve used it on my last 2 renovations and well and truely paid for the $5k course
