They seem to be more like a builder than developer, by just looking at their website.

    Hi Niko,
I cannot warn anyone enough! Please tell your friend DO NOT by any means use PSCA Homes, OR their partner company PS Homes, for your friend's sanity's sake.
Not only do they not complete their homes on time, but also to an unsatisfactory, below acceptable standard level, by using any Tom, Dick or Harry tradie that they can find, who will work for them or whom they do not owe money to. They have a bad reputation in the industry. No good tradie will work for them because of their reputation or because they have been burnt by them.
They are manipulative & lie to your face. They do not respect anyone, not even their own employees or tradies.
Tell your friend to not sign ANYTHING without getting their Solicitor or someone who knows the ins & outs of contracts, to check them first.
DO NOT HAND OVER ANY MONEY without first receiving ALL documentation required for their build.
Hope this helps your friend decide.
This is by no way meant maliciously. It is due to personal experience!

Hi 'The world is your oyster',
I cannot warn anyone enough! Please DO NOT by any means use PSCA Homes, OR their partner company PS Homes. As I have mentioned previously they are not honest or reliable. They say they handle the process from start to finish, but they actually contract all the work out to other builders. When these builders cannot complete the job, as it's usually builders who are new at the game & have no experience, the job then is passed on to someone else to fix up their mistakes. This causes problems for the owners, as the homes are never completed on time.
Not only do they not complete their homes on time, but also to an unsatisfactory, below acceptable standard level, by using any Tom, Dick or Harry tradie that they can find, who will work for them, or whom they do not owe money to. They have a bad reputation in the industry. No good tradie will work for them because of their reputation.
They are dishonest on so many levels. They do not respect anyone, not even their own employees or tradies. They are also in an unstable financial situation, so their credibility is questionable with suppliers.
Do not sign ANYTHING without getting your Solicitor or someone who knows the ins & outs of contracts, to check them first.

Hope this helps you decide whether to use them or not.

Hi Amanda, Would you share more on what happened to your project? I have used their PM service before via Ovation real estate. They were unethical to say the least..
