Occasionally i get spam for first release limited edition spirts such as vodkas and rums and whiskies

Does anybody collect them or know if they are a investment at all?

The latest one which is apparently limited is

    Grey Goose VX Vodka 1L

I'm always sceptical of them to be honest. I always think they are stuff ups given a fancy name and bottle. You will notice a lot of special single malt whiskeys do not have an age on them...

I've got a couple of first release Tasmanian whiskies (3 bottles) that i bought for about $160 each. They're worth well over a thousand each now :) Not something I normally look for but in this case I figured if it doesn't do well I'd just drink it ;)

Get yourself $50 ahead at Nicks, only $150 there ;)

Had some a good few months ago and while it's not going to win any awards, it's quite decent for what it is (and I'm not a fan of The Goose vodka).
