Any US equivalent foreclosure investment exist in Australia

    Not sure I can explain it clearly .

    If I remember correctly In US, when a property goes to default, lender will sell the foreclosure to the investor . Only goes to auction if no one interested. The investor will get fixed interest until the owner catch up. Or if owner give up, you got the property.

    I can't see this product in Australia.

    Like credit default swap finance product if you working in finance industry.
