I'm using Orest Popowicz from Prime real estate.
2 opens a week until property leased.
    7% management fee.

Last time before my tenants move in he was there sweeping out the garage to make sure it was clean.
Came and took new photos when I did my cosmetic reno without me asking him too.

I'm sure there are other good agent's in Geelong

When I was looking down there for a property Buxton real estate are the worst.

Love this - agent's can't create the market but the least they can do is not add to vacancies by not being proactive.

allowing room for third open for tenants that can't make the scheduled time would be good too.

We use McDonald & Co. No issues.

Thanks, @Tranquilo for such a detailed recommendation!

Also, thank you, @wobbycarly . I will do a few phone calls and see which one suits me.

    Hi @AnneB,
I didn't buy an IP in Geelong back then. But I do remember having a chat to Orest Popowicz from Prime real estate. It was a good conversation, and among other conversations with many PMs in Geelong, I sort of clicked with them. So I'd recommend having a chat with multiple PMs, who are actually going to manage your property, rather than a principal of agent.

    Cheers,
    Ko Ko
