Any recommended PM's Brisbane North (Everton Park)?

    As title, does anyone have any great property manager recommendations for Everton park area, North Brisbane? (I'm in Melbourne, so need someone who is pro-active and happy working with absentee landlords :) )

    Ann Kennedy is an excellent property manager and I am very appreciated she supplied great services and advices for renovations onto my property and now it has achived a big jump for my rental too, and they did not charge me one cent extra.

    Thanks all, the vendor is staying on for a month after settlement, so for ease at this stage we'll use the selling agents PM at the outset, I will check out Rental Guardians though, along with the ones that have been private messaged to me the last day or two.
