No more info except for noticing the site when driving past. Land release not till next year - subject to obtaining council approval etc.

520sqm land for 620k I believe. There are smaller blocks too. You can call them for more information

I wonder you may still get into Templestowe or Eltham for 1.3m, if that’s what you really want to do.

Definitely upper mid class, but houses would not be new and sparkly (lot of old interspersed with townhouse devs.....) - but OP still hasn't come back to us with her perception of "old and tired" so can't really say....

How much it would cost a double storey on 500 block? May be $600k?

One of my friend recently bought $1.2m old house in Croydon. Considering stamp duty, I think it's worth to spend money in new estate for two reasons

    a) you get brand new product
    b) you get custom floor plan

    thoughts?

Kinley is the only one on my list as of now.

May I ask your reasons behind shortlisting Kinley?

No other estates to compare :)

I like the leafy vibe in the outer east. We used to rent in Ringwood and were very much familiar with the surrounding suburbs. I think you are in Sydney?

I am thinking to go and visiting the site. Happy to talk more (DM me)

That's very good to know :)

Yep that's right, I live in Sydney and Kinley has been recommended by a few of the reputable members on this forum. I am driving to Melbourne next month purely for this purpose. Already booked an appointment with a sales rep in Kinley. Will have a look for myself.
