    "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki is a good place to start. I also enjoyed "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill but it is more geared towards developing your mindset.

    Jan Somers More Wealth from Residential Property

    Margaret Lomas How to achieve property success

    Margaret Lomas How to Create an Income for Life

    I buy Houses, Paul Do

    20 must ask questions, Margaret Lomas


    And the principles/philosophies in this book made the biggest impact to my overall success, " Seasons of life" by Jim Rohn.

    For beginners I like

    My 4 year old the Property Investor
    and
    Property Puzzle

    Both give a broad outline about how property works in Australia, without pushing a particular strategy.
