Any NSW Strata Managers out there?

    Hi all, I’ve just started a new business which services tenants of residential and commercial strata buildings. We’re seeking to work with Strata Managers as a channel to market – being mindful of their duty to their clients and of disclosure.

    Any friendly Sydney based Strata Managers out there that would be willing to have a 5 minute chat or PM discussion about the process of working together with Strata Managers.

    I promise no sales pitch – just want to get a better idea of how to work with these types of organisations.

    Hi DT,
    Didn't want to fall foul of any promotion rules on the forum - that's why I didn't say.
    We place laundry lockers into residential and commercial buildings at no charge where residents/tenants can place their dry cleaning, laundry, ironing etc. We collect, provide the service, deliver and sms the customer as to which locker their items are in and a PIN.
    We can provide a set fee per locker per month to Strata Managers who help us introduce the service and a rebate on all transactions to the Executive Committee which can help to offset some of their ever increasing costs..
    We are mindful of Strata Managers' fiduciary duty to their clients and duty of disclosure and aim to find a way to work with this obvious channel to market in a way that benefits all parties.
