WA Any new suburb in Perth for a young family?

    I grew up in Perth and moved to Melbourne and then Sydney in my mid to late 20s

    I agree with others that new estates definitely doesn’t equate to less crime and better looking suburbs in years to come

    just think about Sydney, I mean compare Mosman to a new estate in Cambletown. I’m obviously using one extreme end of the spectrum but you get my point

    take a drive around some of the new party estates. Many are run down already and have questionable residents
