VIC Any insights about Wodonga (East pocket)?

    Looking at any insights about Wodonga (East pocket). Think of closing the deal on one of the property in that pocket: East Wodonga

    One concern we have is, the bank valuation is about 120k less than asking price...which I think is pretty normal in this hot market but I did notice another house sold on this street (back in 2015) shows pretty close estimate value today.

    So looking for some further insights on this pocket of Wodonga.
