    My course was going to do groups of 2, but last night decided to close.
    I told my golf buddies last Saturday this might be the last game for a month.
    Bummer!

    Reviving this thread,

    any golfers in sydney side ?

    i just picked up golf a month ago, the way people queue up at moore park on a weekday, i didnt realised how popular the sport is in sydney and ( dont people have to work),

    i guess i am one of them now ?

    Since Covid, courses are recording record numbers of membership and casual hackers.

    I haven't played in a comp since November but I aim to get back out there soon, at least to play 9 on my own in the afternoon. I'm out near Parra so a long way from Moore Park. Have you played at Randwick? If u have a bad game u can just soak in the views.

    I play off 36, but my calculated handicap is a low 40.1! ;)

    Just straightening out my drive atm and hitting it about 200m.

    My lowest course score is 115 at present.

    Local would be East Maitland Golf Club.

    Hit this beautiful shot off the 11th at Crown Golf Club in the Hunter Valley, played to my natural slice and drive distance well!

    My 13 yo son started last year playing social at Royal Rosnay. Cheap and good. Now, he's a junior member nearer to home.
