    Their package rate is still very competitive for interest only, as are their fixed rates. Not as good as they used to be, but better than the competitors. Consider switching products.

    I haven't got this loan yet. Just have an approval with no haste for settlement so still have time to shop around.

    If you're using Suncorp for a purchase you'll likely need all the time you have - their turn-arounds have been incredibly slow recently.

    That's very true. They are good for switching. We are looking at other banks like nab, anz or cba.

    Sun something aren't very transparent at the moment.

    They prefer 95 %. First home buyers with 20 bucks buffer after settlement rather than high quality professional borrowers that can save 12 k a month after all committments

    While they advertise io and investment and good rates, they don't want to do the loans because they are close to breaching their cap ..... But haven't told anyone
