I don't think I'd ever want an article on myself and my successes (if I ever am successful) in any property magazine.

I feel I would be happy to mentor and help others follow my strategy or set them up with their own, but I wouldn't like to have an article documenting my success (or failure).

That being said, I don't shy away from humbly talking about my holdings in conversations when property does come up.

Can anybody explain, and please excuse my ignorance, what is 29 times better in having a $3000 handbag than a $100 handbag?

The extra pockets. Plus there's a little logo on the side that lets everyone know how much you paid - so they give you more respect.

People don't tend to give me much respect when I carry my handbag, no matter how expensive it is :-(

Am similar Shawn, age tends to do this naturally I think, my only difference is discussing property is only with like minds such as meet ups, not family or friends unless very general in nature.

The 3000 dollar one leaves lot's of little impressions on your forehead from all the crystal etc when you don't pay your rent :) So it makes a good impression in other words :)

Same sorta respec that AliG gets from those he interviews....

You have to carry it a certain way, you may need some classes on how to impress others Home

The $3000 handbag is a lot lighter. With the $100 handbag, you still have $2900 in cash to carry around.

i find that many ypung people crave attention no matter how good or bad it is

thats why when i see the article photo and see her with champagne i think 'it could be champagen. it could be yellow glen'

the bag i cant even tell what brand it is.but im sure i.saw it at vic market for $5

and if they are insisting on showing the brand of champagne i jist assume they cant tell the difference anyway

i douvt shes going to be able to afford one every two years.

secretaries arent going to get huge carreer jumps unless they sleep their way to the top

30k is 600 per week saved.

assuming she buys a 200k property again

    i doubt it

Personally I think if you're not on any government assistance and can afford 3k handbags then there's nothing wrong with buying them .

wtf do you mean? Very unclear. Are you ugly as well? Have you checked your syntax and punctuation lately? I know these things are important to you.

Yeah, that is right, not sure of your age. But I think most people who do well work really hard.

Not as easy as just by simply snapping up some properties and you will become rich and no longer need to work, this is how it often strikes me as what many want/think.

Of course, if that floats your boat, go right ahead Leo :p

Now tell us, is this a legit auction strategy ?
