    Hi @cherubym I calculate my yield including my depreciation and all costs and based on our income. So this is my actual yield not just a rough calculation.

    Worth noting that it was a very new property so lots of depreciaton and very little maintenance. Small block though.

    More commonly in the area are older properties (60s) on development sized blocks so depends on what your strategy / risk profile is. The former seems to have worked well for Magnet :)
