Still doesn't prove you are innocent.. Lol
Next thing we know, you will be posting that Ferrari's are an inferior brand..and ask the forum to pick fault with it...whilst you are working behind the scenes to buy one...:)

It was $308,500 H&L package by Australand land size doesn't matter since I know that people in the future doesn't like to take care of lawn mowing too much.

Therefore my property is suitable for larger market such as:

    Down sizer and young professional.

All fingers crossed for the next year when it is completely build.

Where else in QLD you can find such a bargain which give you high yield or CF+ ?

Yeah I know hence I bought that as my first punt investing in property.

I am hoping to share the great news to prove the majority people wrong about this particular area in Logan.

because that's what the book says...it says there will be someone called tech Oz or the like who will cream the competition with sly tricks of the trade...he will also be driving a Ferrari pretty soon. lol... the alignment of the moon and the stars confirm it as well.

Thanks Hugh, it took almost 6 months to decide which one for me, so I took the cheapest one.
