I now have the benefit of different perspectives with regard to property matters. I liken it to the game of snakes and ladders. I can say that I've experienced being a Principal of a successful real estate business, and I've been a landlord for various residential properties. I've been a purchaser of half a dozen owner occupied properties, and unfortunately, I seem to have slid down the snake right back to renting properties again. It's all been a very difficult game! Right now I'm seeing (and feeling) from the perspective of the tenant and would like to share some wise comments. Cheers
