...or as George Bush JNR used to say "Fool me once, shame on ... shame on you. Fool me... You can't get fooled again!'"

He was easily fooled. I still find it amusing that Trump makes him appear a genius

My BC documents include the names and contact details for each of the PMs in the rented townhouses.

You can probably resolve this for a couple of hundred dollars.

Buy an el cheapo car off Gumtree, @datto might have one lying around, and park the recalcitrant parker in.

    And then remove the wheels.

Then the slack committee will have to get a tribunal order for you to move it as its on private property, and the police wont be interested, and no towie will touch it, and just buy your tenant a case of beer twice a month for their terrible experience.

When the matter is over, contact Datto and he might give you a reasonable tradein price (assuming you put the wheels back on...)

Assuming it's a '91 commodore with a reasonable sound system, yeah for sure.

Careful what you buy on Scumtree. Lot of shady characters there. I remember when I tried selling some lights there and next thing you know I gets raided and my lights are gone.

Anyway, that VP commodore has a dicky fuel pump. That's to divert your attention from the blown head gasket ( an old Druitt trick)

Ok, so the lights were the subject of an insurance claim?

The lights and everything else in the house. Thank goodness for insurance. That cheque came in handy.

Had to move to a new place but luckily I was able to get my hands on some really cheap house contents lol.

Outstanding luck. And hopefully, all the decor style and colour was "just perfect".

I wonder if your broker was shorting insurance company stocks the next day?

It was perfect down to the last scratch lol. A regular visitor, Boogsy, commented how the peppermint chewing gum stuck under the lounge reminded him so much of his favourite brand.

I think he was too busy dobbing me in.

It's good that you found out that Boogsy was a big Wrigley's fan, but hopefully the extra professional white wasnt his choice, given the pricey nature.

If your broker was a dobber, maybe it's time to find a new one, or offer an invitation to Fight Club (of which everybody knows the first rule...)

So they've just confirmed in writing that you can do whatever you want with your car space? Fantastic!

I'd respond with - 'Thanks for confirming that I have the exclusive right to maintain my parking space. I'll be installing a bollard next week. Really appreciate your assistance, you guys are really helpful!'

Yep, it's quite weak. But luckily it's all been sorted. My PM once again did an amazing job. A good PM that might be a little more expensive is totally worth it.
