    Hmmm.....now I might not be the world's smartest or most successful investor, but I'm pretty sure it would work the other way around, with them leveraging off me.

    Really sad to see people resorting to these measures in order to make money, but guess there will always be people like that and it's a matter on how they are packages to the unassuming people.

    Do yourself a favour and Google three words : Property +Club +Scam

    The Investors Club - Same one as this ? High-flying investment club sued over $1m in loans. The complainants seemed to have failed in their allegations.

    Lots to read - Loads of threads and information to help you make a informed decision.

    Actually I had a short term IP with around 45 to 50% fees.
    It did quite well.
