    One might say the only “accident” is that the 20 gas cylinders weren’t strategically placed well enough to also ignite :rolleyes:

    I wonder if they had any assistance from bne based contract arsonists. See this a lot here

    Happened here, as well.

    An iconic Iwanoff went up in flames in one of Perth's premier locations.

    Everyone was suspect until the occupants returned from overseas holidays - the fire began because of some renovations and they promptly had the entire building rebuilt to original 60s spec.
