Another happy client of MyPropertyPro

These guys continue to amaze me. After getting good recommendations from everyone on the forum I contacted Andrew from MyPropertyPro in regards to my QLD IP. My tenant there had broken their lease and PM failed to find a new tenant for over 6 weeks. The lousy PM was not making enough effort to find a new tenant or researching the market to reduce the rent. Here comes Andrew and Jodi for my rescue. Together we send notice to the PM to transfer management to MyPropertyPro. Yes, they prepared the notice for me free of charge and Jodi spent a lot of her very precious time with me on the phone briefing me about the market in North Brisbane, again free of charge.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) the PM found a tenant at a reduced rent (but 6 months upfront) when they saw the business moving to a different PM. Andrew and his team are the best PM I have every dealt with. Right now, I am in a contract with my PM but definitely moving to Andrew as soon as I can.

Not surprised to read about this, @Andrew Hancock have always impressed me with their approach to property management.

It was around this time last year that a unit of mine in Brisbane settled and they were amazing in showing potential tenants through the property over the Christmas and New Year period. They moved in first week of January which was an amazing result given the time of year.

Hi @andrew_t,

We service the lower Sunshine Coast and currently manage properties up to and including Caboolture with also a couple in Toorbul at the far northern end. From there we service south right through Brisbane all the way to the Gold Coast, including Toowoomba.

Great to hear our PMs on this forum are offering great outcomes for clients

Have been a tad quiet lately working on multiple new clientele and settling our new tenants in before Christmas

 

As have we! It's a busy time of year and some of our team will be continuing to work through the holiday period (and post on PropertyChat of course) as property management never stops!

To the many investors from the PropertyChat community who have engaged us over the last year - thank you! The response from here has been nothing short of astounding and a testament to the community itself because each client has been a pleasure to work with whilst also having a great investment mindset.

Love your post Andrew! Absolutely agree - we are delighted with the clientele we are servicing and the incredible flow of word by mouth referrals.

It is wonderful to see that the members of our forum have so much choice and that there are opportunities for all the boutique PM agencies. The November to December period is certainly a busy time for many agencies.

Both Martin and I will ensure that we continue to deliver high quality services by ensuring we take a mid year break for a week next year to refresh and to let our Diligent team look after the business in our absence.
