    Investors need to rely on their own homework to determine what is happening, though I will say its not that hard to work out and you are welcome to disagree with me, clearly many people do.:)

    MTR , You're totally missing the point , this has nothing to do with doing to do with doing homework , DD etc , but has you to do with saying ...


    It .... Is .... Not ..... A......FACT ...... It might be your opinion and it even may turn out to be correct ..

    ok, we will agree to disagree, you don't believe that any markets are changing, even though we are seeing this happen today? Fact....Perth, Darwin, Syd west starting to fall back.

    Brisbane, let's look at the next quarter.?
    Adelaide - bottom ?

    I did also say there will always be opportunities

    Vancouver may be similar to Sydney in investment property terms.

    But in terms of what's actually there, Adelaide is probably a better comparison. I'd take Syd/Melb any day over Toronto (dirty Sydney)/Vancouver (slightly bigger Adelaide).
